Guests can arrive on the property at 4:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm.

As long as there is no rain, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. The reception barn is equipped with both air conditioning and heat depending on weather. If there is rain, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be indoors.

Yes- there will be two transportation buses to shuttle guests to & from the venue from each of the hotels under the hotel block page. One will be picking guests up from the Comfort Suites & one will be picking guests up from the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Yes- for anyone not utilizing the transportation buses, parking is available onsite at the venue. Suzie or Travis (the owners of the venue) will be there to direct you on where to park.

The weather is very unpredictable for early October. Please check the weather a day or two before and be sure to bring a jacket if the forecast predicts colder weather!
