The ceremony will be held outside - weather pending. If the weather is not warm enough or if it is rainy the ceremony will be held indoors.

Unfortunately, we have a strict number of guests we can accommodate. Your mailed invitation will include all invited parties.

Please only RSVP ‘yes’ if you are absolutely sure you will be attending. If you are unsure and the RSVP date has passed, you will be marked as not attending. We have to provide accurate counts to our venue.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate everyone's children due to space restrictions. Children who are invited will be included on the RSVP.

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar.

We will be providing a shuttle service from the Courtyard Marriott to the venue at 4:00pm. The shuttle will be leaving the venue at 9:15pm and 10:00pm.

We ask that you dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans, t-shirts or hats.

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance. Here you will also be able to make your dinner selection.

Please RSVP by March 1st, 2025 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Yes there is parking but you cannot leave your vehicle there overnight so we ask that if you plan on drinking you utilize our transportation services to and from the hotel.

We ask that you leave your phones and cameras off during the ceremony as we have a very skilled photographer that will be sure to capture the special moments.
