The Embassy Suites is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the venue. Transportation to and from the venue will be provided for guests staying at the Embassy Suites. Please note that check-in time is 4 PM and our ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM.

For guests arriving at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and heading to Rockford, there are several convenient transportation options: Bus Service (Most Popular Option):Van Galder / Coach USA operates regular bus service from the O’Hare Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) directly to Rockford, arriving at the Van Galder Bus Terminal. The ride typically takes about 1 hour 10 minutes to 2 hours depending on traffic and stops. Buses run frequently throughout the day, and tickets can be purchased online in advance.To reach the bus stop at O’Hare, take the Airport Transit System (ATS) tram from your terminal to the Multi-Modal Facility and follow signs to the bus bays. Rideshare, Shuttle, or Car Rental:Uber, Lyft, private shuttles, and car rentals are also available from O’Hare. The drive to Rockford typically takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Helpful Tip:Allow extra time upon arrival at O’Hare to get to the Multi-Modal Facility and locate your bus or rental car.
