The ceremony is scheduled to start promptly at 6:00 PM. Guests should plan to arrive by 5:30 PM. This gives you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins.

The Aviary parking lot is conveniently located right next to the building and is free after 5:00 PM, so you can park there with ease! If the lot is full, additional street parking is available nearby. Just be sure to check for any parking restrictions in the area.

No worries! The gate to the parking lot will close once cocktail hour begins. If you arrive after that and find the gate closed, just look for the sign posted on the gate — it will have a phone number for one of the Aviary team members. Give them a call, and they’ll answer and open the gate for you.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors in the garden, which has a grassy lawn — so keep that in mind when choosing your footwear! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the ceremony will be held indoors. Fingers crossed for sunshine!
