On March 12, 2021 we went on our first date. We both went to the University of New Hampshire for graduate school. Ian wanted to pick me up in the Lot A parking lot for our first date and we then went to Portsmouth, NH to Barrios to enjoy tacos together. We decided to sit outside on a brisk March evening and talked for hours. We did not realize how cold we were because we were enjoying our conversation so much. Ian then took me to get my favorite food, ice cream. That was when I knew he was the one.

We took a day trip to the Kancamagus Highway in NH and Ian asked me to be his girlfriend.

On July 22, 2023, Ian proposed on Goat Island, Newport, Rhode Island. Being near the ocean and lighthouses is meaningful to us, so it was the perfect spot!

Since becoming a couple, we have went on some amazing trips. Some of these places include Florida, Las Vegas, Wisconsin, Aruba, Martha's Vineyard, Bar Harbor, Newport, Curacao, and the Dominican Republic. When we aren't traveling we love to go to Boston sports games, concerts, and explore New England together.

From our first trip together to the white mountains and enjoying all the scenic beauty our home has to offer, we knew we had to have our wedding at 100 Acre Woods. This scenic oasis was the perfect place to encapsulate all the beauty of where we live into one moment that we shall cherish forever.
