Yes, there is on-site parking and restrooms on the property. When you arrive at the venue, you will see a large sign that says “Theater and Trails In the Wood”. You have arrived! You will travel down a dirt road and follow the blue event parking signs. When you arrive at the unpaved parking lot, this is where you will park. Take the stairs down to the ceremony space which is located in front of the big white tent.

The ceremony and reception are in the same location. The ceremony will be down at the amphitheater area. Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony. The reception will take place under the large tent on the property. We will be having a buffet dinner and a cash bar.

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 PM. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before!

We will be hosting celebratory food and drinks next to the ceremony space followed by a sit-down reception at the same venue.

The weather is hit or miss in October. In the beginning of the month, it could be warm or cold. If it is cold, we will have heaters for the day of the wedding. Please dress accordingly and may need to bring a jacket.

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation envelope.

The dress code is dressy casual. This is not a formal wedding or a black tie event, but dresses, khakis, button down shirts, etc are appropriate. There is a lot of grass on the property, so it may be a good idea to wear flats or chunky heels for the ladies.

Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2024! We have to give head counts to our vendors, so this date is important. You can easily RSVP right on this website! Once on the website, find the RSVP tab and input the name(s) of who will be attending.

If you would like to bless us with a gift, we have created a registry that is also listed on our website. We have linked Amazon and Target with plenty of gift options. If you do not want to do a physical gift, we have set up a cash fund for our future home on our website/registry as well. Thank you in advance!
