Sylva is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes west of Asheville, near Western Carolina University. There are lodging options in Sylva, Dillsboro, Cherokee, or Asheville if you prefer to stay there. Waynesville is about 35 minutes from Sylva and is also an option.

We love your children, but really want our friends and family to enjoy the night off. We hope you understand and are still able to join us on our special day!

Dress code is formal attire, we suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit.

We will have pork tenderloin and sides for the main dish along with desert options, beer, wine, and other choices of beverages. Vegetarian options will be limited so please let us know if you need accommodations.

Asheville regional airport is approximately 1 hour from the venue. There are often connecting flights into Asheville from Charlotte, Atlanta, and DC.

There is limited parking available near the venue, there will be event staff there to help direct parking and golf carts to ride folks up the hill. There will be limited handicap parking, drop off accommodations will be an option near the pavilion.
