Our wedding ceremony, reception and after party are all being held at L'Escale which is located in the Delamar Greenwich Harbor Hotel. This will make for easy and convenient attendance for our guests staying at this hotel! Please note, our room block rate is a two night minimum. If you would like to stay one night, you may book a room through the hotel website or by calling the Reservations Department (please see number below). You may mention you are staying for the McCarthy/Hallinan wedding. However, Greenwich, CT is an incredibly charming New England coastal town and is the perfect location for a summer weekend getaway. This hotel is within a very short walking distance to Downtown Greenwich Avenue which is filled with shops and restaurants. Please see the Things To Do page for more information on how to make the most of your weekend away! Our room block includes a discounted rate for the Deluxe Town View King Rooms and Deluxe Harbor View Queen Rooms. If you would like to reserve a different room choice, please feel free to call the Delamar Greenwich Harbor Reservations Department at 203.661.9800 to make reservations for additional room categories at our discounted wedding block rate.

The Greenwich Station is 0.3 miles (about a 5 minute walk) from the hotel and venue. This is a great option if you're traveling from major cities and/or an airport listed below!

This is the closest airport. It is about 20 minutes to the Delamar Hotel!

✈️ Westchester County Airport (HPN)

This airport is about 40 minutes to the Delamar Hotel (without traffic). Feel free to take an Uber or Lyft straight to the hotel, or catch a Metro North Train from Penn Station or Grand Central Terminal into Greenwich Station.

✈️ LaGuardia Airport

This airport is about 50 minutes to the Delamar Hotel (without traffic). Feel free to take an Uber or Lyft straight to the hotel, or catch a Metro North Train from Penn Station or Grand Central Terminal into Greenwich Station.

✈️ John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)

Prefer to arrive by water? The Delamar Greenwich Harbor Hotel has an iconic marina which boasts over 500 feet of private dockage for sail and motor yachts up to 180 feet. Marina guests can take advantage of services provided by full-time dock attendants, water service; and up to 100-amp 3 phase 208 electrical hookup. In addition, guests that dock at the marina can also enjoy the use of the hotel’s spa and fitness center, as well as 24-hour coffee service. We are so excited to see all of you in our new home town. 2025 is a big year for us... we moved! As of January 15th, 2025 we are officially Greenwich residents. Greenwich, CT is a charming, coastal New England town with a ton of great places to visit, shop and eat! It is also surrounded by many fun cities that are a quick train ride away. If you're looking to make the most of your weekend away, or to extend your vacation, please see below for some things you can check out during your time in Greenwich!

The start of Greenwich Avenue is .3 miles from the Delamar Hotel, a 5 minute walk. Not only is 'The Ave' the perfect place for a scenic, historical walk, but it is filled with shops and a variety of delicious cafes and restaurants. Check out the linked blog for more information!

Greenwich Avenue

There are 4 beaches in Greenwich, but Greenwich Point Park is the most popular one. Along with the beach, there are nature and hiking trails, recreational activities, picnic areas, etc. Please note, a day pass is needed to go. Other beaches include Byram Park, Island Beach, Great Captain Island.

The Bruce Museum is an art, science and natural history museum that is located .1 miles from the Delamar Hotel, a quick 3 minute walk!

If you want to check out the city where Jim and Megan were living in Summer 2024, there is a quick 13 minute Metro North train ride that runs every 30 minutes from The Greenwich Station to the Stamford Station. The Stamford Station is in the heart of downtown Stamford where there's a ton of restaurants (we were weekly visitors of Sally's Apizza!) and shops, and a quick .5 mile to the harbor.
