HOW DO I GET THERE? Book your UT flight to Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).

HOW DO I GET AROUND ONCE I ARRIVE? We recommend that you plan to rent a car to travel from the airport to Eden, UT in the Ogden Valley. (The trip will take approximately 45 minutes. See directions below.) An all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in case we see snow!

Uber does operate in Salt Lake City and a ride from the airport for 4 people would cost approximately $50-$70. However, the Valley is a remote spot with lots of wide open space, so you'll need access to a car once you arrive to get just about everywhere…the local market, area restaurants, and the trails/mountains if you plan to hike or ski.

NOTE: SHUTTLE SERVICE will be available between Wolf Creek Resort and Snowbasin Lodge for the wedding and reception on Saturday, 12/17/2016. (Please see detailed information below.)

DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM SLC AIRPORT TO WOLF CREEK RESORT.

From Salt Lake City Airport, follow signs for I-215 North towards Ogden Travel approximately 12 miles, stay to the Left and exit to the Left on Legacy Parkway Follow Highway 89 10.5 miles to the junction of I-84, and travel East on I-84 towards Morgan/Evanston, WY. Get off at the first exit you come to after the Rest Area (in 4.2 miles) Exit 92- Mountain Green Turn Left at the end of the ramp, go under freeway and turn right on the frontage road which parallels the freeway. Travel 1.5 miles and turn left just after the Sinclair Oil Gas Station onto Trapper's Loop Road (Rte 167). Stay on Rte 167 N for 9.3 miles up and over the mountain, passing Snowbasin Resort on your left, until the road terminates at Highway 39 at the bottom of a long hill. Turn left onto HWY 39 west and continue 3.6 miles to the Rte 158 intersection. Turn right onto Rte 158, go over the dam and stay on Rte 158 approximately 4.2 miles to a four-way stop. Go straight through that intersection and up the hill for approximately 2 miles to enter Wolf Creek Resort and its various options for accommodations, including Wolf Lodge; the condos at Moose Hollow; the townhomes at the Cascades; and single family homes in Trappers Ridge and the Fairways.

WEDDING DAY SHUTTLE INFORMATION

Transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony at Snowbasin Resort for guests who are staying in the Trappers Ridge homes, the condos at Moose Hollow, or the condos at Wolf Lodge in Eden, UT. PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR YOUR DEPARTURE TIME AND FOR YOUR PICK-UP LOCATION.

Following dinner, a return shuttle will run hourly for guests who want to leave before midnight. All remaining guests will board the coaches between 12:00 AM - 12:15 AM with departure by 12:30 AM.

The drive to Snowbasin Resort takes approximately 25 minutes on some steep and windy roads which could be snow-covered, so we hope all guests will take advantage of this service.

SHUTTLE 1 - Departs at 4:30 PM from Megan's house at 3436 N. Piney Drive, Eden, UT 84310 located in the Trappers Ridge. Passengers include:

COACH 1 - For other guests staying in Trappers Ridge, departing from the Trappers Ridge Clubhouse by the traffic circle. PLEASE ARRIVE BY 5:30 PM FOR A PROMPT 5:45 PM DEPARTURE.

The Trappers Ridge Clubhouse will be open by 5:00 PM and guests can take shelter there until the coach arrives. Trappers Ridge guests who are not within walking distance of the Clubhouse may park their cars overnight in the Clubhouse Lot or the overflow parking area by the tennis courts. PLEASE NOTE: PARKING ON THE STREET IS PROHIBITED. Guests can retrieve their cars the next day if they do not wish to drive from the Clubhouse to their home following the wedding.

At the end of the evening, the coach will be able to drop most guests directly in front of their homes. The exception to this will be guests who are lodging on Windriver Court because the bus cannot navigate the cul de sac. Those guests will be dropped at the end of their road and will have to walk a short distance.

COACH 2 - For guests staying in the condos at Wolf Lodge and Moose Hollow.

FIRST STOP: WOLF LODGE LOBBY. PLEASE ARRIVE BY 4:55 PM FOR A PROMPT 5:00 PM DEPARTURE. Guests should assemble at the LOBBY located at the entrance to the comple by Wolf Lodge Drive

SECOND STOP: MOOSE HOLLOW CLUBHOUSE. PLEASE ARRIVE BETWEEN 5:00 PM - 5:15 PM FOR A PROMPT 5:30 PM DEPARTURE. Guests should gather at the Moose Hollow Clubhouse, located near the Cascades Townhouse in Moose Hollow, across from the pond and Fairview Loop.
