We do not have a dress code. Dressy casual or cocktail attire is fine by us. We want everyone to look their best but also be comfortable. Please remember that this venue is outdoors so dress accordingly.

To allow our guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only (besides those in the wedding party). We thank you for your understanding.

We recommend coming a day early so you can explore Galena and all that it has to offer! Most hotels in the area have a 2 night minimum. For anyone not able to stay two nights, we do have rooms blocked at the Country Inn in Stockton which is closest to the venue. We also blocked rooms at the Irish Cottage in Galena. There are also plenty of Airbnb's in the area to choose from that offer one night or multiple night stays. We have stayed at several so don't be afraid to ask us for recommendations. *See our travel tab for more details.

Oak Hill Farm does have parking available for 80 cars. Please be mindful that this is a gravel parking lot. Cars may be left overnight but MUST be picked up by 10am Monday morning.

Oak Hill Farm is meant to be explored. That's why we chose this venue...it offers so much! We encourage you to use the map. At the Schoolhouse you will find your table number for the reception. A special gift for you will be waiting at the Country Store. Following the ceremony, we will gather at the Woodshed Barn for cocktails and horderves.

Our ceremony will be held in the Woodland Forest (weather permitting). The reception will be in the Pavilion.

Please keep in mind that the Woodland Forest, where the ceremony will take place, is not easily accessible to those who have trouble walking. There are golf carts on the property that Oak Hill staff can utilize for anyone that may need assistance getting around. Please let one of us know if you will need help.
