Hello everyone
We are looking forward to celebrating our special day with all of you. Please review the notes below with careful consideration.
- Book a hotel as early as possible. HOTELS WILL BOOK FAST as there is a Rockies home series.
-Flying into DIA and taking the A-Line RTD Light Rail to downtown will drop you walking distance to Hotel Indigo (3 min walk) and Hyatt Centric (14 min walk).
- The venue we have chosen is an hour away from downtown Denver. Please be sure to organize a ride to and from well in advance.
- Transportation to and from the wedding venue will leave from Hyatt Centric at 2:35 and leave from Hotel Indigo promptly at 2:50 pm on Saturday the 16th and leave the venue at 9:00 pm.
- THERE ARE NO UBERS AVAILABLE AT OUR WEDDING VENUE. Please be sure have a designated driver or use our transportation back to downtown.
Hotel Indigo Denver *Couples Choice* Downtown-Union Station, an IHG Hotel

A fun, modern hotel that’s right at Union Station, Hotel Indigo offers guests easy access from DIA and a favorite spot for the IHG lovers of The Mile High City. This will also be the location of the provided wedding venue transportation. Guests that select this option will receive the discounted rate of $229+TAX along with free WiFi, free parking ($32 nightly), waived amenity fee ($20 nightly savings) and access to the properties fitness center, on-site outlet (Ambler).
NOTES:
The discount rates are available from Friday, August 15th to Sunday, August 17th and must be reserved by Thursday, July 24th. If you would like to arrive early or depart late, please contact our Travel Coordinator (Help@EngagedSourcing.com) and reference the “McGuire/Clark Wedding”.
Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver
Located a bit closer to Central Downtown, Hyatt Centric is only a short distance to the Hotel Indigo, about a 15 minute walk, and offers guests easy access to the venue transportation which will be located at Hotel Indigo. Guests that select to stay with this hotel will receive discounted rates starting at $189+TAX along with free WiFi and access to the on-site amenities such as fitness center, rooftop, on-site outlet (Apple Blossom).
