Most guests are planning on coming the Thursday (Oct 10) before the wedding and a few have said they won't be able to make it in until Friday.

If you are checking in on Thursday, make sure you edit travel dates at the top of the landing page, then click the UPDATE icon. Call the number below if you have any issues or if you want to book over the phone.

Call in reservations are processed exclusively through Hilton Central Reservations Department at 800-618-4350. Guests wishing to book by phone should mention your group code 94T when calling.

Booking cut off date is September 11, 2024 but highly suggest booking your room as soon as you are sure you are able to make it. We currently have 10 rooms reserved in the block but still have time to add more if needed depending on how many people book. There is a big festival going on in Gulf Shores the same weekend and places are booking up fast.

Reservations should be booked prior to your cut-off date, Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

Your room block includes a 5 day cancellation policy. Any changes or cancellations to any reservation less than 5 days in advance of arrival will incur a one night room and tax penalty.
