We were originally planning Aruba, but that was too complicated with COVID. With Megan being 5'1" and Ryan 6'3", standing barefoot in the sand might not make for the best pictures/height difference. Vermont was one of our favorite getaways (Stowe, VT), and when looking in Vermont, we stumbled upon the newly built Maquam Barn and booked site unseen (Megan can wear heels at this venue too).

Yes, they ceremony and reception will be in the same location. Maquam Barn & Winery – 125 Duffy Road, Milton, Vermont.

Plan for a Mom & Dad night off! This will be an adult only event (minus Nicholas).

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors on the grass. We have an rain location/plan, on-site under the patio outdoor awning. Please plan accordingly.

It is a big ask to make it up to Vermont for our wedding day and we appreciate our guests making the trip, but totally understand if you are unable to attend! Please let us know as soon as you can, if you are unable to attend or RSVP accordingly.

If there was no noted guest or name with your invitation, then we did not account a plus one in. We also can't keep track of everyone's love life - so please reach out to Meg or Ryan if we made a mistake and you would like for your partner to join!
