Am I allowed to bring a plus one to your wedding?
Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, and as such are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends.
Your invitation will be addressed specifically to the parties we wish to celebrate with, and when using the Website to RSVP, the name(s) of the invited guests will appear. Thank you for respecting our wishes.
Are Children welcome at your wedding?
Due to the limited capacity our venue can hold, only children specifically listed on your invitation will be able to join us for our big day.
With that being said, please use this as a weekend away from your children as we celebrate the Mr. and Mrs!
What should I wear to your Wedding?
We are asking our guests to dress in semi-formal attire in the color of their choosing. This means dresses for the ladies and slacks or suits for the men. The couple kindly requests guests do not wear white or denim.
What will the weather be like the day of the wedding?
Arizona is typically warm year round! You can expect the weather to be in the 60s and 70s during the day, and to cool off at night. Although these are the usual temperatures, we highly suggest checking the weather before travel and packing accordingly. A light sweater or jacket at night is also recommended just in case you get chilly!
When do I need to have my RSVP in by, what if I am unable to make it, and what if I RSVP but am later unable to come?
Please RSVP no later than January 31, 2026 as our venue and Caterer requires a final head count by that date. In the event we have not gotten a response from you by 01/31/2026 you will automatically be marked as "cannot attend."
If you are unable to join us on our big day, no need to sweat, we will miss you dearly but will see you soon. Please complete your RSVP as NO or UNABLE TO ATTEND, to help us when doing the final guest count.
If you RSVP YES and then something comes up, we will miss you on our big day but would never hold it against you. Please kindly navigate to the RSVP page, and simply re-RSVP but this time with "NO" or "Unable to Attend."
Will food and drinks be provided?
YES! We will be providing Dinner and beverages, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, to all of our guests the night of our wedding. There will be bartenders on site to serve you. Please be sure to let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, so we can be sure the provided meal meets your needs.
Is your rehearsal open to everyone?
No, our venue restricts the number of people allowed onsite for the rehearsal. The only people in attendance for the rehearsal will be the wedding party, officiant, Immediate family (parents and grandparents), and plus ones of the people listed above.
Will you provide transportation to and from the wedding Venue for guests?
The bride and groom will not be providing transportation to or from the wedding venue from the Hotels. The Venue has onsite parking and the option to leave your vehicle overnight if needed. We highly recommend using a Ride share app like Uber or Lyft in the event you do not have a vehicle or you are unable to drive.
Is there onsite parking at the Venue, and can I leave my car overnight if needed?
YES! The venue has an onsite parking lot. You may also leave your vehicle onsite overnight if needed, but it must be picked up by 10:00 am the following morning, or your vehicle might be subject to towing.
Do I/We need a rental car for transportation throughout the weekend?
You do not need a rental car if you would not like to purchase one. Ride Share apps like Uber and Lyft are predominant in the area and there is typically no issues finding a ride through these sources.
If you would like to get a rental car for the weekend, you may do so from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and one of the many rental car companies that are housed there.
We also recommend looking into Turo if you are thinking about renting a car for the weekend.
Where should I/we stay?
Head over to the Travel tab where you will find we have included Hotels close to the venue, and Hotels that we have reserved blocks at.
Additionally, feel free to check out Air BandB and Vrbo for housing rental options for the weekend!
I live out of town, which airport should I fly into?
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) will be the best option for most of our guests. You have the option to use ride share from this location or to rent a car.
Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) is another option approximately 25 miles from the venue.
Tucson International Airport (TUS) is the third option for our guests flying in from out of state, but will require a rental car and is approximately 2 hours from the Phoenix Valley.
