A sports fanatic dollar beer kinda guy and a deep thinker/feeler $10 craft beer kinda girl met at a mutual friend’s farewell party. Allegedly, there was a UD basketball game on that night. When he asked for her number she didn’t hesitate and said, “yea, absolutely!”.

So began our immersion into each other’s lives. That involved a lot of sports games (those that Michael worked and those where he was an attending fan), traveling, concerts, and deep conversations about what we wanted in life.

We realized that although we both enjoyed different activities, at the core of each of us was a longing to be known, to be loved, and to know and to love the other with our whole hearts. Forever and always.
