Our Wedding

Our story began in June 2018, when we met at Creighton University summer preview. We met through Jim’s brother Dan, who happened to be dating Megan’s freshman roommate. We became quick friends and started dating September 2018. Our first date was at California Tacos across the street from campus. Some of our favorite college memories together include going to Lake of the Ozarks with Jim’s fraternity in September 2019, going through a Pandemic and tackling long distance in 2020, going to Nashville with our friends in 2021, and going to Mexico for spring break in 2022. We spent college together in the same friend group and both graduated in May 2022. After graduation, Megan and Jim did long distance in 2023. Megan spent her year living in Minnesota, while Jim lived in Wisconsin. We moved into an apartment together in Greendale, WI in August 2023 and Jim proposed in the Greendale pavilion on February 29, 2024. The 29th is a special day to us because we started dating on September 29, Megan’s birthday is June 29, and Jim’s birthday is March 29. We are excited to add another special day to our calendar 9/20/2025! 9+20=29 :)
