We are getting a block of rooms at a nearby hotel, details to come later, so you are more than welcome to stay the night after the wedding!

The venue has a huge parking lot with plenty of spaces.

The ceremony will take place outdoors. This will be the end of October, and the weather is very unpredictable that time of year, so please dress accordingly or bring a light jacket or sweater if needed :)

We will have a shuttle to take guests to and from the hotel, and it will also be available during the reception in case any guest needs to run back to the hotel for any reason.

If they are listed on your invitation, they are more than welcome. If you want to bring somebody not listed on the invitation, please ask us for permission :)

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before it starts so you have plenty of time to find your seat.

You are more than welcome to take pictures during the ceremony and reception, but please keep it to a minimum out of respect for us, our wedding party, and our photographer/videographer. We would much rather you be present with us and enjoying our special day :)

We do not mind but please wait until we announce our marriage and start to post pictures on social media.
