Due to venue size, we cannot accommodate plus ones unless otherwise stated on your invitation. The guests included in your party will be shown when you RSVP on the website.

You can sit wherever you like! Do not feel like you have to pick a side. We do ask that you do not sit in the reserved seating areas unless otherwise stated by the bride and groom.

There will be a seating chart when you enter the reception area. Please use it to find your table number. Once at your table, you may sit where you like. The seating chart is to ensure that families can be together and to make sure there is enough seating for everyone. Please be sure to follow it!

The dress code ranges from dressy to business casual. Please be sure to dress appropriately as this is a family event. We do ask that you avoid the wedding colors of baby blue and lavender when picking your attire.

You can RSVP through the website under the RSVP tab or by sending your RSVP card back to the provided address. No need to RSVP until we send out the actual invitation.

We were able to reserve rooms at the Comfort Inn and Suites on White Oaks Boulevard for immediate family and close friends. Others can book rooms there or at the Holiday Inn on White Oaks Boulevard as they are the closest to the hotel.

We are working to get a bus to run two pickup shifts from hotels at White Oaks Boulevard to the venue. We are also working to get a taxi service guests can use to get back to their hotel.
