Yes! Complimentary shuttle services will be provided to and from the venue at a centrally located parking lot at the base of the mountain. The meeting point is at Elite Event Services, located at 1684 Walden's Creek Rd, Pigeon Forge, TN. From there, it is approximately a 4-mile ride to the venue. The shuttle will run from 2:00 to 11:00 p.m. The venue has limited parking, so please plan on utilizing the shuttle if possible. Carpooling is a great option as well!

The dress code for our wedding is black tie. We invite you to don your finest formal attire, which means a tuxedo for men and an elegant evening gown for women. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style! Shades of blue are encouraged!

It’s never too early! Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the surrounding areas are popular vacation destinations, so lodging can fill up quickly. We recommend booking lodging as soon as you RSVP yes or at least 2-3 months prior to the wedding. This ensures you’re able to stay at your preferred location in close proximity to the venue!

The McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, TN is conveniently located less than an hour away from the wedding venue, providing easy access for out-of-town guests. Other options are Asheville, NC, Nashville, TN, or Atlanta, GA.
