Officially, Fall Semi-Formal. We want everyone to be comfortable enough to bust a move on the dance floor, but also dressed-up enough for this special moment in our lives. It is also important to stay warm while enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery Nature Link provides. As long as it is not raining, we will plan to have the ceremony outdoors, please plan accordingly.

Yes! There is a large "event parking" lot that you can utilize. Cars can be parked there overnight but all cars must be picked up by 12:00pm the following day.

Unfortunately, due to limited numbers, we are unable to accommodate children with exception of immediate family. We are hoping all parents will enjoy this fun night off and dance the night away with us!

Official venue smoking policy: There is a designated smoking area which is the only place smoking is allowed on the property. All butts must be disposed of inside the provided canisters. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors at all. Venue is a drug-free property. If Client's guests, invitees, or other individuals are found to be engaging in illegal activity such as smoking marijuana on the premises, the venue reserves the right to call the authorities. The Facility Manager will be checking on compliance and operating on a 1 strike policy.

The ceremony will begin precisely at 4:30pm, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time for parking and finding your seat at the outdoor ceremony space.

While we are asking that people do not use their phones to take photos or videos during our ceremony, we encourage photos during happy hour and the reception.
