Yes! We have a two different hotel blocks available at the "HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS NASHVILLE W I40/WHITEBRIDGE RD" and "FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES BY MARRIOTT NASHVILLE DOWNTOWN METROCENTER". Both hotels are between 10 and 15 minutes from our venue. More information regarding hotel blocks can be found under the "Travel" tab on our website. On that same tab, you will also see information regarding other local hotels and AIRBNB/VRBO options.

Unfortunately, there is not a shuttle available for guests to and from the venue. There is on-site parking available at the venue and cars can be left overnight, if needed. If you plan on partying the night away with us, we highly recommend Uber or Lyft to ensure all guests get home safely.

Parking is available in a field at Annie Acres in front of the Farmhouse. Woodland Hallow, which is the venue/barn, is located up on a hill on a small winding road. Our venue is graciously providing shuttles for guests from the parking area to the barn, as well as back down at the end of the night. Please include additional time for parking & riding the shuttle into your arrival time.

Yes! We highly recommend this if you plan to drink at our celebration. Please make sure that your driver drops you off at Annie Acres, as cars will not be allowed up the road directly to the barn. Yes, there will be a roughly 1 to 1.5 hour long break between our Ceremony and Reception to allow for photos with the wedding party. During this time, we will offer a cocktail hour for guests with snacks and drinks on-site.

Although we adore your children, we have decided to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only (21+).

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you are to receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable and confident in! This will be a standard semi-formal wedding, but keep in mind that our venue is a legitimate farm. Brace yourselves!
