Like all great modern love stories, this one began on an app. Emma gave Megan a rose on Hinge, and soon enough, they had their first date at Local 44, a spot they both loved—just never together. By date three, they were both bringing flowers.

Megan immediately told everyone she knew, “I really like this girl.” Emma sealed the deal with some top-tier vegetarian and gluten-free cooking—and, of course, introducing Megan to the world’s cutest dog.

The rest is history. Emma supported Megan during vet school, Megan supported Emma when the Eagles lost. They got engaged twice (!) Once here in Philadelphia and for a second time in Portland Maine. Naturally, as Taylor Swift fans, Megan proposed with a friendship bracelet. They can’t wait to see everyone and celebrate as they start their lives together.
