While we would love to accommodate everyone’s children to help us celebrate our big day, there are space limitations. We ask that only children of immediate family members attend. Please take this time to enjoy a fun night out!

Yes! Please RSVP by May 1st 2022. This is essential so we can plan for proper ceremony seating and the reception meals.

Parking is available! However, we can NOT leave cars over night.

Country Inn and Suites by Radisson - 591 W 78th St, Chanhassen MN 55317 (952-937-2424) Rooms have been reserved for our guests at a discounted rate. Please reference the Roark/Hendrickson wedding or use code "ROAHEN" when making your reservations. Kindly reserve your room as soon as possible.

A shuttle service will be provided by "Night Trane Transportation" to take guests to and from the venue and hotel. This shuttle service will ONLY be picking up and dropping off guests at the Country Inn & Suites Hotel in Chanhassen.

Shuttle Times: 2:30 PM - 4 PM (Hotel to Venue) and 10 PM -11:30 PM (Venue to Hotel -Last call for the shuttle will be at 11:30 PM) The shuttle will be running every 15-20 minutes (depending on how quick they can pick up and drop off people). The shuttle service we are using is Nite Trane Transportation and they will have a sign in the window of their shuttle stating "Roark/Hendrickson Wedding".

Wedding Ceremony starts at 4 PM and the reception will follow. The reception ends at 11 PM.
