In order to book your room reservations, you have two options!

1) Call Hyatt Central Reservations 888-492-8847 and reference the group room block code G-ROPO. When your guests call in, they need to reference the hotel, dates and the room block code in order to ensure that they get the discounted rate.

2) Guests can make their reservations using this link. Let them know that they need to click on "Book Now" and must select the correct dates of the stay (example check-in 8/16-8/18) in order to reserve their rooms. They must use the link in order to get the discounted group block rate. If your guest don't use the link, they can manually enter the group code G-ROPO on the booking screen in case the link is not working.
