Andrew and Megan enjoy traveling and exploring new places. For her spring break this past year they decided to go to Arizona to visit Andrew's brother and sister in law. They enjoyed their week hiking, laying by the pool and relaxing. Sunday March 4th they went to Sedona for a hike with Andrew's family. They hiked to to the top of Cathedral Rock where Andrew asked Megan to go look at the view with him. He walked her to the edge of the rock and gave her the best letter ever, explaining why he loves her and the very last line was "will you marry me?" He then got down on one knee and asked the question out loud. Of course she said yes!&nbsp;

Mother of the Bride- Lisa Rothermel 

Lisa is affectionately known as "Mama Roth" to all of Megan's friends. In high school all the girls would spend the majority of Friday nights at Megan's house which is when Mama Roth truly earned her title. Lisa enjoys running with her favorite child Brodi (the dog), hiking, spending time with friends, serving at church, and teaching kindergarten. Lisa has a heart for children and the Lord and Megan looks up to her in so many &nbsp;ways.&nbsp;

Father of the Bride- Keith

Keith is a cool dad who likes to send gifs, acronyms, and participate in group texts. No matter how busy Keith is with the volunteer fire company being Deputy Chief, he always finds time to check in on the family and spend time with them. Keith's hobbies include the fire company, going to the gym at 4:45am, reading, hiking, and spending time with his wife Lisa. Megan is most grateful for her dad for allowing the family &nbsp;to get not one but two dogs, and for walking them early in the morning when no one else wants to.&nbsp;

Mother of the Groom- Mary Ann

Mary Ann is Andrew's&nbsp;loving mother. She is a very caring and passionate woman who enjoys caring for others, exercising and spending time with her family and friends. She has been consistently involved in Andrew's life from birth to present and continues to teach him&nbsp;the importance of family and love for others. She has sacrificed so much time, money and effort into molding&nbsp;Andrew into the person he&nbsp;is&nbsp;proud to be have become.&nbsp;

Father of the Groom- Ron

Ron is Andrew's hard working and talented father. Andrew's&nbsp;dad simply amazes him. Most of you know Andrew's&nbsp;dad owns and manages grocery stores with Andrew's&nbsp;Uncle Mike, not all you know how hard he works to keep the stores running smoothly. Andrew&nbsp;has to admit, his&nbsp;dad is the most hard working person he&nbsp;has&nbsp;ever met. He is also able to fix almost anything- a true handy-man. His generosity and willingness to help anyone is a true example of discipleship. He has taught Andrew important qualities required to be a husband through his relationship with Andrew's mother such as loyalty, respect, kindness, patience and understanding.

Kevin is Andrew's younger brother and best man. It has been incredible to see him grow up over the years into the man and professional he is today. He is a hard worker and Andrew is proud of him for excelling so well in school while maintaining the sibling's lawn business. Kevin and Andrew&nbsp;share many of the same interests such as sports, tv shows/movies, lawn care, and mom's cooking. He will soon be a professional drug-dealer after he graduates from pharmacy school at Duquesne in 2020.

Meredith is Megan's little sister. While the two are not close physically,&nbsp;they text or FaceTime frequently. Megan admires Mer's ability &nbsp;to be adventurous, outgoing, and to learn new languages. Meredith knows how to follow her dreams: she currently lives in Spain as an au pair where she watches two children who she considers to be her own siblings. If you were to hear Mer talk in Spanish you &nbsp;would not&nbsp;think she is American- she can roll her "r"s and everything!&nbsp;While the two do not always see eye-to-eye, Megan cannot imagine life without her spunky &nbsp;little sister.&nbsp;

Meredith Rothermel

Abby &nbsp;and Megan have been friends since fourth grade&nbsp;when Megan's family switched churches. While they&nbsp;were friendly acquaintances they did not become best friends until high school when Abigail&nbsp;switched from private school to public school. It was during these years that they quickly became inseparable. They ended up going to different colleges which was frustrating because Megan no longer had Abby's closet to "borrow" but they made it through with visits. Abby now lives in Columbus, Ohio with her new husband Zach.&nbsp;Abby is brutally honest but she has the most kind-spirited heart and knows how to prioritize what is truly important.&nbsp;

Abigail Ackerman 

Ronnie is Andrew's older brother and wisest of the groomsmen. He is a tremendous brother, father, and husband. He is someone Andrew has&nbsp;always looked up to as a role model and Andrew&nbsp;often found himself&nbsp;wanting to do everything that he did; for example, going to the same school for high school and college, getting a dog like he did, and also becoming a physical therapist. Ronnie is currently living in Phoenix with his wife, Amanda and son, Adam. Although he is very far away, the two&nbsp;stay in close contact via phone calls and snap chats.

Megan would be lost in life without Jess. Before they &nbsp;had their amazing fiancés they would go on the most romantic dates together (ex: watching the sunset with a picnic).&nbsp;Jess will be getting married one month before Megan and Megan loves going through this chapter of her life with Jess. Jess is incredibly selfless: no matter how long her days are with work and her precious little baby Ava, she always makes time for others. Jess also knows how to make people laugh and to always say the right thing. The only thing Megan wishes she could change about their friendship would be to have Jess living right next door (or in the same house)!

Jessica Fuehrer (soon to be Wallender)

Corey was one of Andrew's first friends as a toddler. Andrew&nbsp;met Corey at St A's pre-school and the two have been best friends ever since. Corey and Andrew share many memories together that Andrew&nbsp;will always cherish including playing basketball, soccer, and CYO softball. Corey and Andrew&nbsp;often hang out with Brian for game nights where they play board games such as Settlers of Catan. Corey is an electrician who lives in Irwin PA with his wife, Kayla and children, Hadley and Emmett.&nbsp;

Corey O'Brien

Hannah and Megan have been friends since elementary school when they &nbsp;played basketball together. The two have been there for each other through every high and low throughout their lives and Megan could not imagine it any &nbsp;other way. Hannah got&nbsp;married in June 2019 to an incredibly Godly man and wedding planning together is so fun!&nbsp;Megan's favorite part of her friendship with Han is how they have truly &nbsp;grown together and how they supported each other through it all. Hannah is always giddy and smiling and will never say no to ice cream- which is why the two seem to always end up at Fox Meadows. (sidenote to out of town people, and Lancaster people: GO TO FOX MEADOWS!)

Brian has been a great friend of Andrew's ever since meeting him in kindergarten at St. A's where the two&nbsp;played sports together including basketball, soccer, football, and CYO softball. Brian is a historian and works for the postal service. He has been training faithfully for races and has recently beat Andrew in a race for the first time in his life. Andrew&nbsp;will admit, Brian is likely faster than him at this point in their lives. Brian is currently living about 3 minutes away from Andrew's&nbsp;&nbsp;house. He is engaged to his fiance, Miranda.

Brian Springston

Zach has been a great friend of &nbsp;Andrew's since&nbsp;day 1 at St. Vincent's College. His dorm room was right across the hall from Andrew's freshman year and the two&nbsp;shared all the same classes. He was in the same program as Andrew&nbsp;was and they&nbsp;transferred to Duquesne for physical therapy school at the same time. During their first year at Duquesne University, Zach and Andrew&nbsp;lived together with their other roommate, Michael Mash in a 3 bedroom townhouse in the Hill District. Zach and Andrew&nbsp;share many memories together in the 6.5 years of school we spent together including our senior biology project with Brother Albert and zebrafish. Zach made studying for exams fun, believe it or not. Zach is currently living in Fayetteville, North Carolina where he is an outpatient physical therapist.

Meaghan and Megan (and Meaghan's cat Rajah) have lived together all three years of law school. The two met on the incoming law school class Facebook page and decided to try &nbsp;living together. Throughout these past three years Megan's taste buds have changed immensely and she now prefers expensive, fancy food (thanks Meaghan). Meaghan is an incredible cook, however she does not allow carbs in the house, so Megan sneaks them at Andrew's. Meaghan and Megan do everything together: go to the gym together, drive to school together (even though they both have their own parking passes), sign up to take the same classes, cook together, and watch Jeopardy together. While Megan did not know Meaghan three years ago, she now cannot fathom what life would be without her.&nbsp;

Shane has been a great friend of Andrew's since the start of physical therapy school at Duquesne University. Shane transferred into the PT program like Zach and Andrew&nbsp;did, however he went to Westminster for his undergraduate degree. Shane and Andrew&nbsp;sat by each other in nearly all of their classes and shared many good memories in the weight room at school and Southside where Shane's apartment was located . Andrew&nbsp;would argue that Shane is one of the best physical therapist in the country (got a perfect score on the PT board exam). He is currently living in Ohio with his wife, Andria working as an outpatient physical therapist in Beaver County, PA.

Shane Peterson

Meg and Megan met in law school first year and have been attached&nbsp;since. They sit together in every class which confuses the professors but helps them as the one who is better in the subject will answer for the other. Meg is kind, caring and fun. She is always &nbsp;looking out for her friends and family and is quick to calm Megan down whenever she begins to stress.&nbsp;Meg is quick to ask what she can do for others and will help no matter what.&nbsp;

Megan Malone

Emily has been Megan's best friend since elementary school. Emily is the most outgoing, loving, fun person you will ever meet. Within seconds you will feel like you have been friends with Em for years. Emily is an incredibly talented artist. If you get the chance you should look at her paintings at Friendship Heart Gallery (or just go to Andrew and Megan's house to see her paintings hanging).&nbsp;At the wedding Emily will be Megan's Best Friend of Honor. She has the very important job of pulling the flower girl and ring bearer down the aisle! Emily has been with Megan since Megan can remember and Megan cannot&nbsp;imagine getting married without Emily being part of the big day.

There is a reason you will see Megan and her mom, Lisa at Fox Meadows any given night; it is the BEST ice cream. The owners use their own cows to provide the milk and combine it with all natural ingredients for the creamiest ice cream. If you're like Megan and can't have dairy you should get the sorbet- so good! We recommend a baked fox: this is two baked goods with ice cream in the middle. Please note:&nbsp;Fox Meadows is closed Sundays.

Lucky for you Shady Maple is mere minutes away from the venue! Shady Maple is one of the largest buffets and it is INCREDIBLE. We recommend going for breakfast and Megan recommends getting a sweet potato pancake. Please note: Shady Maple is not opened on Sundays.&nbsp;

Many people in Pittsburgh know Lancaster County because of Sight and Sound. The theater is very close to the venue, so we recommend going there to check out a show. As their shows are normally quite full we encourage getting your tickets beforehand. The show will be "Jesus." Please note: Sight and Sound is closed Sundays.

Hershey PA is not too far from the hotel, so if you want to go see how the chocolate is made you can take a 45 minute drive to the town of Hershey and explore Chocolate World. It is free to go to and free parking.&nbsp;

Lititz was voted the "Coolest Small Town in America" and it certainly lives up to its award.&nbsp;Lititz is full of small, locally owned specialty shops and you feel right at home as you stroll up and down main street. Walk around and try a new restaurant, look through the stores, and walk through Lititz Springs Park.&nbsp;

Dosie Dough is the best coffee shop in Lititz and it is where all the locals hang out. We recommend getting a bagel or a long john and then taking your breakfast and coffee with you as you stroll through Lititz or sit on a bench and people watch.&nbsp;

Bulls House&nbsp; is situated in the center of downtown Lititz and is such a neat place to grab a drink. It has been recognized as the best beer bar in the USA and best beer in PA.

Pittsburgh people: think of Green Dragon as the Strip District on weekend mornings but with 10x more stands and even more freshly grown produce. If you go you need to go to the soft pretzel stand, the whoopee pie stand, and the Italian ice stand. It has the BEST food and so many different things to look at and buy.&nbsp;There is also a live animal auction that occurs all day.&nbsp;Note: Green Dragon is only open on Fridays

Middle Creek is a great place to hike, bike, or just walk in the woods. It is also where Andrew and Megan had their engagement pictures taken.&nbsp;

This succulent farm has&nbsp;the most gorgeous succulents at incredible prices. Please note they do not have electricity so it is cash only. When you arrive at the farm you will be amazed by all their wildlife, including puppies and kittens for sale. Bring your own pots and they will plant them for you, or buy some already potted.
