Once upon a time, I had a terrible roommate in college. She was so awful, I had to change rooms in the middle of the semester. My building was full, so I had to move to a whole new place. Do you know how awful it is to move with no car and no place to store your stuff? Terrible. I get to the new building and I kept seeing this handsome man playing guitar. Being the extroverted person that I am, I couldn’t just leave him alone. I had to chat every time I walked by. After a few times, I had the decency to ask his name.

Megan and I first met in college when she approached me as I was practicing guitar in the common area. We immediately connected over common interests which included music and Pokemon. What really drew me to Megan, however, was her personality. In addition to being funny and beautiful, Megan is able to light up any room that she enters with her sweetness and optimism. I knew instantly that she was special.

Fast forward nearly a decade, Megan and I live together with our little family that also consists of our dog Sadie and cat Indiana.
I am honored to have gotten to know Megan over the years as she has grown from a stranger saying hello to me in the hallway to the partner that I want to spend my life with. We are excited to grow with one another and take on whatever the future may hold.
