Our Wedding

Zac and Megan sparked their connection on Bumble. If they weren't in the right place at the right time, they may have never connected. They both saw something special in each other and it was a match. After chatting for a couple of weeks, Zac was the ultimate gentleman and planned their first date to finally meet. At the end of May in 2023 the two met to go axe throwing. After some shyness, Megan gave Zac her phone number. Their connection was instant and they made plans for further dates.In June, the two found themselves in San Diego at the same time. Megan was celebrating Francesca's birthday and Zac was there with the Navy. Zac rented a car and drove a few hours both ways just to spend a couple of hours with Megan while she was near by.When they found themselves back at home celebrating the 4th of July, Megan didn't feel well but they spent the day paddle boarding and watching fireworks. Before Zac headed home Megan still didn't feel well and Zac took her to the emergency department. This poor man had been dating her for barely a month and was about to be thrown into the deep end immediately. Megan was diagnosed as having a heart attack. In the middle of the night, Zac got to meet Megan's family for the first time. The next day, Megan and Zac took a short walk through the hospital. When her parents arrived to an empty room the nurse told them "she's on a walk with her husband". Even strangers could see their connection. From that day on, even though it wasn't said out loud yet, the two were in love.Fast forward through the next two years and they survived a heart attack, and a nine month, over seas deployment. The challenges in the beginning only strengthened their love for one another, leading us to their wedding day.

If you plan to fly to our wedding, direct flights are available to Eagle/Vail Airport (EGE). Or you can fly into Denver International Airport and drive approximately 2.5 hours. An additional option is to fly into Grand Junction Airport (GJT) and drive approximately 2 hours. Please keep in mind the winter months while driving.
