When should I RSVP by?
Please mail your RSVP no later than April 15, 2022.
Tell me about the welcome drinks Friday.
We're hosting a casual welcome reception at Hotel Kansas City Friday evening to kick off the weekend. Everyone is welcome, and if you're in town, feel free to stop by on your way to or from dinner, grab a drink, and say hi--we'd love to see you!
What should I wear?
The dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is black tie optional. For additional information and suggestions regarding black tie optional attire, feel free to consult the following resource:

Can I bring a date?
We kindly request that you refer to your invitation for information regarding who you may bring with you.
Can I take pictures at the church?
Please leave your phone in your bag or pocket during the ceremony and leave the footage to our incredible photographer and videographer.
What time should I arrive at the church?
The ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 p.m. Aim to arrive by 5:45 p.m. to allow yourself adequate time to park (if driving), get seated, and settle in before the ceremony begins.
How should I get to the ceremony?
We recommend taking a quick Uber or hopping on the Streetcar if you are staying downtown. If you are driving to the ceremony, there is a large (free) parking lot directly behind the church you may utilize.
How should I get to the reception?
We recommend walking (it’s a 10-15 minute walk from the church to the reception venue) and enjoying the spring weather, or hopping in a quick Uber. If you drove to the ceremony, there is parking available at Union Station. We will provide vouchers for the parking garage directly to the west of the building.
I am coming to KC from out of town. Where should I stay?
We are so happy you’re joining us! We have a block at the Loews, which you can book via the following link: https://www.loewshotels.com/kansas-city-hotel/schaff-and-bowles-wedding. Please see the Travel page for further details.
What about Covid-19?
We kindly request that each of our guests is fully vaccinated and boosted against the Covid-19 virus. Kansas City, MO does not currently have a mask mandate in effect, but we will monitor the city’s policies and provide any updates accordingly.
What if I have another question that's not answered here?
