Once upon a time...

In the era of Coronavirus and social distancing, Megan decided to join a dating app to giggle about with her roommates while they watched 2000s TV shows and ate take out. Megan never expected to meet someone that she would actually fall in love with. Then came Jonathan and all of her friends agreed he seemed like a sweet, goofy, kind man. So, she agreed to go on a date to Logboat Brewing Company and set out go on her first date ever with a stranger she met online. While the true crime nerd inside of her was apprehensive, all hesitancy melted away when they spent hours talking and laughing until the establishment had to tell them they were closed. From the moment that Megan told Jonathan that she thought that Thor's hammer was a glorified boomerang, he knew he didn't want to stop hearing her bad jokes and endless movie comments. From then, Jonathan continued to love and pursue Megan. They fell in love over long conversations and endless adventures. Together, they formed a beautiful partnership built around being goofy, authentic, loving, kind, and understanding. Megan shared her favorite places in Columbia with Jonathan and a year and a half later, he picked one of those places for the backdrop to ask her to be his wife. They are so excited to continue to take on life as a team with their two sweet animals and can't wait to celebrate with their people in 2023! #ToHaveAndToHolden
