Cocktail attire is step above semi-formal attire, but one step below black-tie. For an event with this dress code, men should wear a suit and tie while women should wear a cocktail dress, dressy suit, or nice jumpsuit paired with heels or formal flats. Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Saint John's Resort (previously The Inn at St. John's), 44045 Five Mile Road, Plymouth, Michigan 48170.

There is parking on-site should you choose to drive yourself to the venue. If you plan on enjoying the libations, we request that you please consider using a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to and from the wedding venue. If you plan to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, there will be a shuttle to and from Saint John's Resort.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

End of September in lower Michigan tends to be between 60-80 degrees and sunny. However, Michigan weather is unpredictable, so it could be slightly warmer or cooler - and rain is always possible.

Your wedding invitation will specify whether you may bring a plus-one.

Unfortunately, due to guest count and venue restrictions, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Guests have the option of Short Rib or Slow-Roasted Chicken for dinner. You will indicate your choice when you RSVP. A vegetarian option is also available upon request. Selections may not be changed after September 9, 2023. At 9:30 p.m., pizza will be served as a late night snack.

Beer, wine, and spirits will be provided complementary of the Bride and Groom's family. The bar will be open from 3:45-5 p.m. and 6-10:45 p.m.

The ceremony begins at 3:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. After the ceremony, there will be a short period for mingling before a cocktail hour begins at 3:45 pm. The reception will begin at 5:00 pm, with dinner served around 5:30 pm. Late night pizza will be served at 9:30 p.m. The reception will conclude at 11:00 pm.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

The wedding reception begins with a cocktail hour at 3:45 pm and will end at 11:00 pm. Plan to bring your dancing shoes!
