Yes! We will have a shuttle bus running between the Holiday Inn- Tanglewood and Silver Hearth Lodge before the ceremony and after the reception. Please keep in mind that the venue is at the top of Bent Mountain and the roads can get very windy. As stated before, we encourage anyone who will be drinking or who does not feel comfortable driving these roads (especially back down in the dark) to use the shuttle service!

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes—but the parking is somewhat limited. We suggest carpooling or taking our shuttle from The Holiday Inn- Tanglewood to/from the venue. Please remember this venue is up a very windy mountain! If you are uncomfortable driving back down in the dark or if you do not have a designated driver, we STRONGLY encourage you use the shuttle service.
Are kids welcome?
We would like this to be a mostly adult event. However, please reach out to Megan and Max if you need to bring your little one(s)!
When should I RSVP by?

What should I wear?
We would like everyone to look their best but also feel comfortable! Dressy-casual or cocktail attire but no jeans, please! Please keep in mind our venue is located at the top of Bent Mountain and it can get chilly at night. As the ceremony is on grass, ladies we recommend you choose your shoes accordingly!
Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
Our ceremony will be outside! Chairs will be set up on the grass so please consider this when choosing your shoes! Silver Hearth Lodge has a beautiful wedding campus with a fire pit and yard games that we would love our guests to take full advantage of! The dance floor and food will be located inside the reception hall.
How will food and drinks be served?
We will celebrate this memorial day weekend with a barbecue buffet! There will be vegetarian side options available. An open bar with beer, seltzers, wine, and liquor will be available during the reception. Upon arrival to the venue, there will be some beer and seltzers available prior to the ceremony! There will also be a variety of hor dourves during cocktail hour directly after the ceremony.
