The wedding ceremony will begin at 5pm sharp. In order to prepare for the ceremony, guests will not be permitted into the ceremony site past 4:45pm.

The venue does include a free private parking lot with limited spaces available. We recommend choosing a ride-share option, but guests are also welcome to drive themselves. Guests may leave their cars at the venue overnight and retrieve them after 9am on Sunday, May 4th.

We'd love to see our family and friends all dressed up for our big day! Guest attire is formal and includes cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or a suit and tie. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing blue jeans or sneakers.

Due to deadlines with our vendors, we can't accept RSVPs past April 3rd. Any RSVPs not received by this date will be assumed as unable to attend our wedding day. If you have any concerns about this deadline, please contact the bride and groom and we're happy to chat with you.

If your RSVP link includes a slot for an additional person, you are more than welcome to include them in our celebration. However, we are unable to accommodate additional guests outside of what's listed on your invitation.

The venue's catering offers a duet-plate, where guests are able to enjoy both entrées offered. If you have any dietary restrictions, please note so in your RSVP and we'll ensure your meal will fit your needs.

Yes! See the "Travel" section for more details. The block includes a limited number of rooms, but there are many hotels and vacation rentals around the Phoenix Valley - cities close to our venue include Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and Mesa. You are welcome to stay elsewhere if you prefer.

Phoenix is known to be hot, but May should be cooler than the later summer months. :) We expect the daytime temperatures to be between 80-95 degrees, but we ask guests to be prepared for any type of weather. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside in a semi-shaded area, and the reception will be indoors in the venue's temperature-controlled reception hall.
