When is the RSVP deadline?
The RSVP deadline is May 15th. We know this date is approaching fast and we thank you for your support! This is a strict deadline so we can order food and have the proper chairs for the reception.
What should I do if I can't make it?
If you can't make it know that you will be missed! We ask that you still fill out the RSVP on this website so we can plan accordingly.
What should I wear?
Business casual to semi-formal is preferred but not required. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, however there is an outdoor patio at the reception. The
ceremony venue tends to be a little chilly, but this is coming from the bride who is always cold!
When should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early. There is plenty of parking and seating, however the ceremony venue is large and it can take a few minutes to get from the parking lot and seated.
Are kids allowed?
Yes! We encourage you to bring your kids! When you RSVP, kids over the age of 2 will be listed with the option of a kids meal for them. If your child needs a highchair or booster seat, please leave that in the food allergy section. If they are under 2-years-old, they are still welcome! If you would like to request a kids meal for any child under the age of 2, please email the bride. Please give her the child's name and if they will need a highchair.

Are guests allowed?
Due to the capacity of the reception venue, if your invitation did not specify a plus one, we ask that you do not bring a guest.
If you did receive a plus one it will be listed on the envelope of the invitation and they will be listed on the website when you RSVP.
What food will be served at the reception?
Dinner includes your choice of chicken chasseur "hunters chicken" or beef pot roast with a salad, honey glazed carrots, and garlic mashed potatoes with white chocolate raspberry cake for dessert. There will also be late night pizza provided by Gary's Pizza during the dancing portion of the night.
Is there a designated smoking area?
At the ceremony and the reception the designated smoking areas are outside. There are no indoor designated smoking areas.
Is it handicap accesible?
Both the ceremony and reception venues are handicap accessible. If you have specific requests or concerns, please email the bride at thooftmegan@gmail.com
Will there be a shuttle service?
Yes! We have a shuttle service that will run from 10pm until 12 pm from the reception venue to the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites. If you want to use the shuttle service, please make sure to book a room with either of these two hotels!
Is there an open bar?
We are not providing an open bar. There is a set aside amount put on the bar tab, however once that is gone you will need to pay for the drinks from the bar. There is unlimited lemonade, coffee, and other nonalcoholic beverages.
