Megan and Drew met through their mutual friends at Central College. After hanging out as a friend group for a few weeks, Megan and Drew went on their first date to Applebee's!

Drew studied abroad in Vienna, Austria the following spring semester. Megan was able to meet with him over spring break in London, England.

After being apart for many months, Drew returned from study abroad in June of 2019.

School resumed in full-swing, along with Drew's football season!

Unfortunately, the pandemic started as they began the second half of their junior year. As Megan lived in Iowa and Drew lived in Illinois, they were unable to see each other for some time. It was back to long-distance dating!

They still found time to drive across state lines and visit. :)

Central College reopened for their senior year and they were able to be back with their friends and each other!

Megan and Drew graduated from Central College (however, Drew stayed for one more semester to finish his last football season)!

Drew continued at Central College for one final football season while Megan started her teaching career. After the semester, Drew moved to Des Moines and started his work in Ankeny.

Drew proposed to Megan at his home in Des Moines!
