Our official marriage ceremony (signing wedding certificate) will be a Catholic Matrimony ceremony. We are not requiring guests to attend but all are welcome! The second ceremony on Thursday, July 24, 2025 will be prior to the formal reception at Cielo. All are encouraged to attend this ceremony. This ceremony will allow Megan and Cole to share their personalized vows and celebrate with those who cannot/do not want to attend the Matrimony ceremony.

Cocktail Attire (dressier than casual but not black-tie). Wear comfortable shoes, there will be a lot of dancing!

We love your children, but to let the parents have a better and more care-free night, we are not allowing children at the Cielo, July 24 events. Children are welcome to attend the Catholic Matrimony ceremony on July 23, 2025. Please reach out to us for trusted babysitter contacts!

If there is not a plus one noted on your invitation and/or RSVP on the website, we were unable to accommodate an extra person for you and they are not invited.

Please arrive no later than 3:00pm to Cielo at Castle Pines and to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

We are not doing a traditional sit-down dinner at our reception. There will be stations, heavy Hors d'Oeuvres, and cocktail-hour style food. All dietary restrictions and preferences will have options. Please be prepared to eat when you are hungry, there will be no set times or seating charts. There will also be late-night snack options!

Yes! We will have an open bar (including mocktails) for 5 hours of the reception and cocktail hour. After that, it will turn into a cash bar.

Please RSVP by April 1, 2025. If you do not RSVP by that date, we will assume that you cannot attend.

We recommend renting a car from whatever airport that you fly into (either DIA or COS) and driving to your hotel. There will be Ubers/Lyfts available to take to and from your hotel/rental house. If you prefer to drive to the venue, there is guaranteed private parking for 135 cars on site. Those that park on site can leave their cars and pick up their cars the day after the reception (7/25/25) LATEST BY 8AM
