Edward and Megan crossed paths at a Virginia Tech club basketball social. Megan couldn't help but be intrigued by Edward's unconventional shot glass choice – a lightbulb-shaped one from Wichita, Kansas of all places. They bonded over their shared love for sports, and soon enough, they were spending more time together on and off the court Their connection grew as they navigated college life and braved a pandemic. Despite living miles apart after college – Megan in New Jersey and Edward in Maryland – they refused to let distance keep them apart. Edward proved his dedication by sticking around when Megan welcomed a furry companion into her life - her energetic dog, Rogan, to balance out her chill Lizard, Rex. If you can handle a crazy dog and a laid-back lizard, you can handle anything, right? Through it all, they supported one another with love, patience, and humor. And when they decided to start a new chapter together, they settled in Alexandria, Virginia, as their home base, where they stay active, chase their passions and hang out with family and friends. Their story is one of love, laughter, and the occasional unconventional shot glass. As they venture into the next phase of their lives as a married couple, Edward and Megan are excited for what lies ahead.
