Rooms must be booked before July 22, 2025 in order to get this discount block rate! The earlier you're able to book the better, so we know if we need to ask the hotel to add on more rooms.
In order to reserve your room at the discounted rate, be sure to book using this link or the button below. The hotel page should say "Webb/Barrett Wedding." You can also make your reservation over the phone, but be sure to let them know you are part of the "Webb/Barrett Wedding" block!
The discounted rate applies to Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday night - you can stay for any or all of those nights. Please let us know if you are arriving in town earlier than Thursday or staying later than Sunday, so we can ask the hotel for an extension on your behalf!
Shuttle to Hotel
We are providing a shuttle that will take guests from the Refuge Golf Club back to the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Blaine (where we have a room block reserved) in the evening. There will be multiple shuttle pick-up times available, likely around 9:00pm, 10:30pm and 12:00am, depending on when you would like to leave the reception. We will finalize the exact pickup times as the wedding approaches, so stay tuned. This is a great option for anyone who is staying at the hotel and plans to have drinks at the reception!
