We're hijacking your labor day weekend. Make the most of the weekend by seeing the sights and doing the things. Waterfalls, parks, and gorges - Oh My!

Jokes aside, Ithaca is one of our favorite places in the world. Long before we both decided to move back and eventually met each other, this was a special place for us both. We would love nothing more than to share a weekend with you here. Come for the wedding, stay for the food, the parks, the music, the art, and the people.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 2nd

Morning: We recommend breakfast/brunch at the Ithaca Farmer's Market - we'll be there starting at 10:00 AM.

Afternoon: We will be hanging out at Taughannock State Park (by the playground) starting at 2:30 PM. Feel free to bring your sneakers and/or bathing suit and enjoy a short hike to one of the tallest waterfalls in the country, and a dip in the lake afterwards!

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 3rd

Afternoon: While Steve is out golfing, join Megan on a hike at one of her favorite places, Robert H. Treman State Park. We will meet in the parking lot of the “Upper Park” at noon. You can leave Ithaca without seeing Lucifer Falls!

Evening: We are going to grab some grub and root beers at Ithaca Beer Company - come hang in the beer garden with us starting at 5:30 PM. Who knows, a spur of the moment trip to Purity Ice Cream may be in the cards.
