Megan's letter

Tony, who knew a simple message would result in a lifetime of good morning messages? Throughout our journey, I've seen so much growth, love, effort, happiness and more. Thank you for always challenging me to be vulnerable and open to sharing and showing my feelings. From day one, you understood my different layers and how ultimately, when peeled back, hidden deep down inside, there is an abundance of softness. Thank you for always putting me first! I appreciate your efforts to always make sure I'm happy and that my shoe game is right!

As our big day draws closer, I know you know this life will not always be easy. I will continue to have an attitude in the mornings, fuss about this and that, but I promise to always choose us. I promise to put God first, pray for you and with you, continue to challenge you, love you through the ups and downs, laugh with you, cry with you, and always do life with you. Remember, they say, "Marriage ain't for the weak."

Love,

Your Love Bug

Love Bug, who would have thought, we would be where we are now. October 23 changed the course of our lives forever. You took a man who was battered and still finding himself and didn't let that detour you. You invested numerous hours, prayers, and patience. Your hard work and effort showed me the true meaning of selflessness. It also made me realize I had to step up to be the head of the household. For this, I no longer want to walk this path called life alone. I no longer want to walk a step ahead or a step behind but side by side from now until eternity. I'll end this with a famous quote by Maya Angelou as we continue our journey, "Have enough courage to trust love one more time and always one more time." So if you'll still have me, you know if you're not too busy.......feel free to meet me at the Hampton Cove Venue on May 20, 2022.
