His story: We did meet on Tinder, but to make this even more embarrassing, I actually first saw her on Bumble. I swiped and right and got no match... was totally bummed. Then I got a second chance when I came across her on Tinder. I swiped right and got no match... 😭😭😭😭😭

Then about a week later, I got a notification that I had a match on Tinder, and opened it up and it was Megan. I immediately messaged her a pickup line that was air tight.... "Hey! How's it going?" - she was hooked. Not really, it took her like 30 minutes to respond.

After about 2 weeks of talking, I finally asked her on a date and she said yes. She refused to let me pick her up, so we met at the restaurant. She was about 30 minutes late, but when she got there, we had a great time! Immediately after the date, as I was walking to my car, my buddy called and asked how it went. I said "Good but she is NOT into me". I guess I was wrong because when I asked her if she wanted to go on another date she said yes! The rest is history.

Her Story: It was a boring night, I was sitting on my couch and thought I would check my Tinder. If you're new to the Tinder concept, it is basically a free online dating app that you superficially judge pictures that come across your mobile device. I wish there was a better way of explaining it, but there's not...I remember seeing Michael's picture come across my screen. He was the first guy I didn't instantly swipe no on during my 10 minute Tinder binge. I remember "creeping" him extra hard- even trying to find him on Facebook without knowing his last name. I saw that he was friends with a couple of my friends from OSU, and thought what the heck I haven't swiped on anyone in weeks, so here we go. HE MESSAGED ME 1.7 seconds later. I actually don't think I even finished swiping before "Hey! How are you?" hit my messages. We started talking, and he seemed normal, which is definitely not always the case for this dating app- you get some major WEIRDOS. Fast forward a week, we had talked about everything you could possibly talk about with someone you have never met. Still no date proposition, and I was getting annoyed. What would we actually even talk about if we went on a date, he's taking so long... Finally (I think I said that when he asked) he asked me to go on a date. So, we met at R bar. I was 25 minutes late...whoops. Our date went fantastic. I was so excited, which I hadn't been about anyone in a while. BUT THEN, he never texted me after. No,"That was fun!" or "Thanks for coming" nothing. He went silent. The next morning I was sitting talking with some teachers at school filling them in on the date and the fact that he hadn't texted me yet. I was sure that he wasn't into me. Then FINALLY (this seemed to be ac common word used with Michael) he texted me. I can't remember what he texted me, but I tried to play it cool waiting an hour or two to respond. When I finally did text him back, he ended up asking me if I wanted to go on a second date. Losing all my cool, and game playing skills, I responded Yes! too quickly. The rest is history. So glad I swiped right and took this man off the Tinder Market. Sorry ladies :)
