When should I RSVP by?
We are kindly asking that you are able to RSVP for the wedding by April 20th if possible.
Are children allowed?
For our guest count, we would like to try to keep the number children attending to a minimum the best we can; however we don't want to discourage anyone from attending due to this. You are by all means welcome to bring your children if you cannot find other accommodations for them, we just ask you are responsible for them if they do attend as many of-age adults will be drinking and consuming alcohol.
Is there a dress code?
Bride and Groom are asking for garden-party formal attire. No t-shirts please. Think dresses, suits, collared shirts, khakis, nice jeans, etc. Please out of respect for the bride, do not wear white, off-white, light grey or any similar colored dresses.
Am I allowed a plus one?
We did try to include plus ones on the RSVP online for people we thought would need or want one. If you do believe an error was made, please contact the bride and groom.
How do I RSVP?
On the invitation there should be a link to our website where you can click on the option to RSVP and the website will walk you through it to make it easy. If you are having trouble with getting this to work for some reason, just contact either the bride or groom or either one of our families and we will make sure to mark your response down accordingly.
What is on the menu for the dinner?
Our venue is supplying family-style broasted chicken, tenderloin tips, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy. For younger children there are also kids meal options available as well.
Are there other meal options for guests with dietary restrictions?
Yes! Our venue will be able to accommodate for guests with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options upon request. We ask guests let us know when they RSVP if they will need one of these meals instead of the home-style meal.
Will there be an open bar?
After the dinner, going for the rest of the evening we will have free beer for guests 21 or older.
Is there a hotel block available to book a room nearby?
Yes, we will have rooms blocked at the Hampton Inn which is directly behind the parking lot of our reception venue. Please book a room there instead of traveling far if you plan to consume alcohol for everyone's safety.
What are the time of events throughout the day?
Ceremony will start at 2pm, Cocktail hour at 4:30pm, Dinner at 5:30pm, Dancing to start by 7pm.
Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be held indoors.
Can I park my vehicle at the reception venue overnight?
Yes, you will be able to park your vehicle right at the reception venue overnight if you would like, however the hotel we have set room blocks for, is also directly across the street as well. Feel free to stay parked either at the venue or the hotel lot overnight.
Who should I contact if I have other questions not listed?
Please call or text the bride, groom, or any of their parents for any additional questions or concerns and we will do our best to get back to you timely.
