In order to coordinate with our vendors, we ask that you RSVP on our website by January 17th, 2026.

Our celebration will be formal attire. Suit or tuxes for the guys, and long dresses or cocktail dresses for the ladies are perfect!

Yes! Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same location.

There’s on-site parking available at the venue. Overnight parking is not recommended, but safety first if you need to leave your car you must ensure it is picked up by 8 am the following day. We recommend taking an Uber, Lyft, or Fetii (15 person shuttle van) so you can fully relax, let your hair down, and enjoy the celebration with us! We recommend scheduling your ride home ahead of time to avoid a long wait time. Our reception will end at 10:30 pm.

We have room blocks at two hotels that are about halfway between our venue and downtown Austin (see travel & accommodations page). You are also welcome to stay at other hotels & Airbnbs in the area.

Please arrive to The Arlo by 4:30 pm, our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.
