Travel

First of all, thank you so much for traveling all this way to the Rockies to share our special day with us! We know that travel is expensive and a pain - and is a gift itself to us. To that end, we will do our best to make the travel process as easy as possible!

On this page, we have recommendations for travel to Colorado and lodging.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Meg or Bill directly, and we will do our best to help!

Travel to Colorado

By Air

The closest airport to Fort Collins and Estes Park is the Denver International Airport. If you are flying in for the wedding, please contact Meg (meghan.j.dudley@gmail.com) and let her know the following:

1) The date and time of your arrival and departure.

2) The number of people traveling with you.

3) Your arriving and departure flight numbers.

4) Whether or not you will have access to a vehicle.

5) Any other accommodations you might need.

By Car

If you plan on driving to Colorado, please let Meg (meghan.j.dudley@gmail.com) know the following:

1) Your arrival and departure dates.

2) Where you will be staying.

3) If you would be willing to help drive other guests if needed for wedding-related events.

Lodging in Colorado

Because most of the wedding activities and best things to do are located in Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, we recommend that you find accommodations in Estes Park, Colorado. Being the entrance to the national park, this is a touristy town with many hotels and AirBnb options available.

If you prefer to stay closer to Bill and Meg at their house, you may also look for lodging in Fort Collins, Colorado. Should you decide to stay in Fort Collins, please note that Fort Collins is a 1 hr and 7 minute drive from Lily Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park (the site of the wedding ceremony).
