There will be a passenger bus transporting guests to and from the wedding venue and the Graduate Hotel. The bus will meet in front of the Graduate Hotel at 3:45 and depart at 4:15PM to the wedding venue. After the reception, the bus will depart from the venue at 11:00 PM to return back to the Graduate Hotel.

The Grand at Willow Springs 15306 Co Rd 655, Prairie Grove, AR 72753 The Grand is a new wedding venue in NWA. Although near Fayetteville, the venue is technically located in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Around 15 minutes west of I-49. Uber and Lyft are readily available to the area.

On-site parking is available at the venue. We encourage guests to utilize the provided bus (see above) Uber, Lyft, or carpooling as space can be limited.

Black Tie Optional/Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Arkansas is beautiful, but August can be hot! Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
