We were first introduced to one another at The University of Cincinnati. Believe it or not, there wasn't a huge neon sign telling us that we would be spending the rest of our lives with one another; it just sort of happened. In the spring of 2012, after having multiple encounters hanging out in a large group, we decided to hangout alone down on the football field in Nippert stadium for lunch and that is where it all began. From that day forward you could say that we were both in love.
Meghan told me time after time that if I were to propose to her that she wanted to be taken by surprise and I did just that! Before proposing to Meghan, I spent almost a whole year plotting and coming up with a unique way to ask her hand in marriage. On the day of the proposal I sent Meghan on a scavenger hunt that would take her to four places that each held significant value to us. Written on the last clue, however, were instructions for her to get "dressed up" for pictures at Ault Park before we went to dinner that night at Primavista. Upon arriving at the park I watched as she walked her way to my location in the Silver Garden. It was there in that garden that I got down on one knee and proposed, my life forever changed. We celebrated our proposal that night at a candlelit dinner over looking the city and looking back at all of the fun memories that we had had so far.
