What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie, and women wear an evening gown or midi-length cocktail dress.

What are the bridal party colors?

Our bridal party will be wearing blue and black.

What food will be served at the wedding?

You’ll be able to select your meal when you RSVP and can choose from the following options:

Prosciutto & Mozzarella Chicken

Prosciutto and mozzarella-stuffed chicken, served with pomme purée, seasonal vegetables, and a mustard tarragon cream sauce.

Beef Tenderloin

Tender beef served with pomme purée, seasonal vegetables, and a red wine jus.

Vegetable Stir Fry

Orange-ginger tofu and julienned vegetables over basmati rice (Vegan).

Will there be options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the reception.

Your invitation will specify whether a plus-one is included. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to us!

Can I bring my child?

While we would love to include everyone’s children, our wedding will be adults-only. Please refer to your invitation for details.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?

Yes! We’ll be reserving a block at Fairfield Inn & Suites Barrie. Visit our Travel Page for details and our wedding code.

Are the ceremony & reception at the same place?

Yes, both will be held at the Barrie Country Club.

What is the address for the ceremony & reception?

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at 4:00pm, about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:30pm.

Will there be a gap between the ceremony & reception?

Yes, we will be hosting a cocktail hour from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.

What is the easiest way to get from the hotel to the venue?

You may choose to drive to the venue yourself or take alternate transportation (cab or uber). We will be offering a shuttle service for guests at 12:00am from the Barrie Country Club to the hotel we have selected block rooms for.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is free parking at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles at the venue overnight and can pick them up the next day.

Where should we bring/send any wedding gifts?

A card box will be available at the reception for donations to our honeymoon. You may also send gifts directly to our home at 58 Pearcey Crescent, Barrie ON L4N 6R7.
