The two of us met each other through a dating app during the Covid Quarantine. Jacob was currently finishing up student teaching online based in Crystal Lake. Meghan was continuing school and working at The Goddard School. Both of us thought it was really funny that we were living only 5 minutes away from each other at the time, yet never had a chance for our social circles to match up. We talked to each other and went on online dates for a while before we went on our first date together. We have been together since June of 2020 and have made many wonderful memories.

Jacob proposed on January 7th, 2023 and we celebrated together with our friends and family.
