We are SO EXCITED to have you join us on our special day! Since we're shaking things up a bit with our ceremony and reception, we need to share some important details with you. Below you'll find information on documentation required before and on the wedding day, a timeline of how the wedding day will unfold, and parking suggestions.
Attending the wedding - documentation needed:
Whether you are attending the ceremony and reception only, or are cruising along with us, we need to gather some essential information for port security.
Our Wedding Coordinators require your full names (both first and last), birth dates, citizenship status, and either your Driver's License or Passport numbers.
This information is necessary for you and your guests to board the ship and partake in our wedding festivities. Once you've RSVP'd, we'll reach out to you for that info!
The identification you provide beforehand must match the one you'll bring to the port. For instance, if you've given us your Driver's License number, ensure to bring your Driver's License; if you've provided passport details, you'll need to carry your passport. For children, we won't need a driver's license or passport :). But we will need you to bring their birth certificate on the day of, please!
Thank you so much for understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you aboard!
10:00 am – We invite you all to start arriving at the terminal. Our wedding team will be eagerly waiting to greet you! To ensure everyone can board the ship, we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 10:30 AM.
10:30am – The check-in process begins. If you're joining us for the sailing adventure post-ceremony, your luggage will also be checked in at this point. For our non-sailing guests, your IDs will be checked in (and held while you are on board) to issue visitor passes.
11:30 am – It's time for priority boarding for the wedding party & guests. You'll be graciously escorted to the ceremony venue with ample time to settle in.
12:30pm – This is the moment we've all been waiting for! The earliest our ceremony can begin. Get ready for an unforgettable celebration of love.
1:00pm – And now it’s time for the reception! Let’s eat, drink, and be merry.
2:30pm – Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. This is the latest time our non-sailing guests must bid us adieu and disembark the ship.
*Please note, these times might be slightly adjusted if the ship experiences any delays clearing customs in the morning. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated!
