Venue gates open at 3:30 pm. Ceremony begins at 4:30 pm sharp. Please plan to arrive before 4 pm to get settled in so the ceremony can begin promptly. Music and cocktails will be waiting for you!
Best Western Plus Poconos Hotel
For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at The Best Western in Tannersville. When calling to make your reservation, please mention the Thompson/Olson wedding in order to receive a discounted rate.
Please be advised the block release date is 9/04/24. After that date the special rate will not be available.
Complimentary Shuttle Service
Don’t Miss The Bus!!
Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the Ceremony so you can safely and leisurely enjoy our wedding ceremony and reception.
Shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3:00pm to the Wedding Ceremony at Trout Lake Weddings. Shuttle will return following the reception at 11:00 pm.
Important to Note!
If you plan to only stay at the hotel Saturday night
you will not be able to check into the hotel until 4 pm.
Unfortunately, early check in is not guaranteed to every guest.
This means you will need to either drive straight to the venue or park your car in the hotel parking lot ready to go, and catch the shuttle at 3:00 pm. You may check in once you have returned from reception.
We recommend you take the shuttle at 3:00 pm if you plan to have a few cocktails to celebrate with us. The venue does not allow overnight parking.
