We kindly request that you submit your RSVP by June 15, 2024. This ensures we will have enough time to communicate with all of our vendors within a respectful timeframe and that we can accommodate everyone!
What time should I/we arrive?
The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and seating. If you happen to arrive late, we kindly ask that you wait to join us until after the ceremony to avoid any disturbances.
Is there parking on site?
Yes! There is room for about 100 people to park their vehicles. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing our shuttle or carpooling with a designated sober driver. Overnight parking is permitted if absolutely necessary, but vehicles MUST be picked up by 7:30 the following morning. We appreciate you making these plans ahead of time as want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!
Can I bring a date?
Due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who that will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out! Thank you so much for understanding!
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. The ceremony will be held outdoors while there will be an indoor option throughout the rest of the evening. The only thing we ask is NO white clothing!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! Please coordinate transportation accordingly and get ready to celebrate Mr. & Mrs. Pomeroy!
Are kids allowed?
The kiddos allowed at our wedding will be listed on your invitation. If you wish to bring your child and they were not formally invited, we ask that you make other arrangements for the night! We hope that you understand, but please reach out with any questions or concerns!
